What can I eat?
Proteins, Veggies, and Fruits. The occasional almond, cashews, pecans are acceptable but NOT PEANUTS (they are legumes not a nut.) The morning coffee is acceptable just DO NOT ADD SUGAR (I add almond milk to mine.)
What can I NOT eat?
Dairy, Grains, and Legumes. Grains includes CORN and legumes include SOY (these are the ones people tend to miss.) Also avoid added sugars and processed foods. A great rule to follow is: if on the ingredient label there are unnatural ingredients/unfamiliar names you probably shouldn't be putting it into your body.
